Grabill manufactures unique entry systems to meet client's individual tastes. Transoms and side lites can be fabricated in most shapes and sizes including bent and curved glass units.

Grabill doors can be constructed in Genuine Mahogany, Teak, Oak, Pine, Cherry, Douglas Fir, Cypress, or as specified. Door thickness can be 1 3/8", 1 3/4", and 2 1/4".

Grabill will make solid wood, laminated, or veneer doors upon specification. Wood is kiln dried to a moisture content of 6-8% at time of fabrication.

Exterior stile and rail doors are constructed using 5/32" veneers over stress relieved pine cores. This process virtually eliminates splitting, warping, checking, and joint expansion.

Traditional blind mortise and tenon joinery with glued hardwood pegs are used. This joinery meets or exceeds the highest premium grade as specified by the Architectural Woodwork Institute. Solid panels vary in thickness from 1 1/4" to 2 1/4" and can be raised, flat, or book matched with tongue and groove construction.

Screen doors are manufactured to your specifications using charcoal fiberglass cloth,
copper wire mesh or as specified.
